AKDachshunds Agreement:
1. Deposits are non-refundable. The buyer acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including if the buyer decides he/she does not want or is no longer able to take the puppy. Upon receipt of the deposit, Akdachshunds agrees to hold the puppy for the buyer until it has been weaned and is ready for pickup.
2. Deposit is applied to the final purchase price of the puppy and the remaining balance will be due at pick up.
